A limited number of sponsor exemptions will be granted to players who are not otherwise qualified for the tournament. Players wishing to request an exemption should fill out the form below or contact Tournament Director Brad Parkins at bparkins@ospreyvalley.com

All players interested in applying for an exemption are strongly encouraged to sign up for Open Qualifying.
